Citizens Touch-Tone Banking
Your Citizens First account can be conveniently accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week over the telephone. Safe and secure, customers access accounts through a personal ID. Features and functions include account balance, account information inquiry, funds transfer, loan payments, and more. No application is necessary for this service. Free Image Checks
Your monthly bank statement will record all your deposits and withdrawals. Images of all your cancelled checks are included with Choice and Gold Checking accounts. Free Checking has the option to receive images for a monthly fee. Citizens First will provide you with a binder to keep your statements handy and organized. If you desire less paperwork, you may decline to receive check images. Citizens First Bank will keep computerized copies of checks for you. If you ever have a question or need a copy for proof of payment, simply call the bank. We will be glad to provide a copy for you.
Citizens Cash Card (ATM)
Your Citizens Cash Card provides access to your account 24 hours a day at ATMs to check account information, make withdrawals or deposits, or transfer funds between your accounts. In addition, it can be used at participating retailers for your purchases. Citizens First Bank is also a participating Shazam® Privileged Status financial institution, which allows our customers to use ATMs of other participating Privileged Status financial institutions without paying surcharge fees. Citizens Check Card (Debit)
Tired of writing checks? Use your Citizens Check Card any place that accepts Debit MasterCard®. The amount is deducted directly from your checking account. In addition, it can be used at ATMs to check account information, make withdrawals or deposits, or transfer funds between your accounts.
Credit Card
Citizens First Bank offers three types of credit cards to meet the needs of qualifying customers.
IRAs
An IRA is a simple retirement plan allowing you to defer taxes on your investment earnings until withdrawal of the funds. You may also be eligible to deduct all or a portion of the amount you contribute annually to your IRA. Please consult your tax advisor. Bank-by-Mail
For added convenience, Citizens First's Bank-by-Mail service allows you to make deposits or withdrawals from your account without having to go to the bank.
Direct Deposit
With direct deposit, you can have most forms of regularly scheduled income payments automatically transferred, upon your authorization, to any of your Citizens First checking or savings accounts. This is ideal for payroll checks, interest payments, Social Security and other government payments.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Citizens First offers a variety of safety deposit boxes for your valuables and important documents.
Money Orders and Cashier's Checks
When you need to send your money or when cash is not accepted for a large purchase, a Citizens First money order or cashier's check is the safe, convenient substitute.
Travelers Checks
Protect your travel plans and your cash. Unlike cash, lost or stolen travelers checks can be replaced.
Wire Transfers
Whenever it becomes necessary to directly transfer funds from your Citizens First account to a domestic and/or foreign bank, we can assist you with wire transfers. These electronic transfers make funds immediately available to the recipient and can be arranged at each of our offices.
Citizens Ready Cash
Citizens Ready Cash Pre-approved line of credit attached to your checking account to cover overdraft.
Loans
